Terms and Conditions


All downloads are only to be used by the purchasing customer and not to be sold, redistributed, or modified for profit. Any download can be reused and reprinted as many times as needed so long as not being sold or modified for use of anyone other than the purchaser.

All computer monitors/screens are different so the printed artwork may not exactly match the color you see on your screen.

If you are unhappy with the quality of your home printer, we recommend a local copy shop, professional print shop, or online print vendor for best results. Darlings Designs by Sarah LLC cannot be held responsible for the quality of your print, or for any printing errors caused by your printer.

All products have been created for use at the sizes indicated in each product description. Customers who choose to resize their templates when printing should be aware that their print may not look like the original product photo, and that Darling Designs by Sarah LLC can accept no reponsibility for this.

Unless otherwise specified in the listing, purchased digital downloads will be sent within 24 hours from time of purchase to the email provided during checkout.


Please allow one-two weeks for processing before items are ready for pickup or shipment. Once shipped you will receive tracking information to the email you provided at checkout.

We do not accept returns or cancellations of any downloadable products.


We do not offer returns unless items have been broken or lost during shipment. If tracking of your item shows it was delivered, but you have not received it, we will not offer reimbursement of item. We do offer returns of items that arrived broken or damaged within 30 days of purchase, contact us at contact@darlingdesignsbysarah.com for a return address. Please email us at contact@darlingdesignsbysarah.com if you have any questions.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items within 30 days of purchase if they are delivered damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@darlingdesignsbysarah.com.

Pick Up FAQs for Orders

Did you select pickup for any of your orders? Below are FAQs for orders including pickup.

I do not see a store address. Where is the pickup location?

We are a small business based out of our home. Due to this, we have a designated area for all our pickup orders. If you have ordered pickup, you will receive an email when the item is ready. From there you can schedule a time with us to pickup your item in Spring Ridge, Frederick MD. Exact location will be sent in the email.

Why do you charge for pickup?

Since our business is handled solely by us and we do not have a physical store, we make sure we are available for all our scheduled pickups. This requires us to set time aside to meet you for pickup.

I am only available a few times a week. Will this work for pickup?

Absolutely. We are very flexible and do not want our customers to feel overwhelmed when scheduling times to pickup their items. When you receive an email that your item is ready for pickup, let us know when you are available and we will be sure to get you or items.

Why would I select pickup instead of shipping?

Shipping larger or multiple items can get expensive. Due to this, we want to provide an alternative for those who live in the Frederick, MD area. If this is you, you can save a lot by choosing pickup instead of shipping.

What if I miss my scheduled pickup time?

If you miss your scheduled pickup time and neglect to reschedule prior to pickup, you will be invoiced for an additional $3 pickup fee.

How long do you wait for pickup times?

We will wait for a total of 30 minutes. If you do not show and neglect to reach out to us, we will hold your items and send you an invoice for an additional $3 pickup fee.
